The thing about San Diego is, it’s haunted as all heck. Maybe the city doesn’t like to advertise it, but it is totally spooky if you know where to look. Take the South Mission Beach Jetty, for example. That little box out there on the jetty is small, but it has been known to form ice on the west side, despite San Diego weather. It only occurs during the first week of November, at the upper edge of the west wall. Check it out.
